  Skylar was punctual, polite, and professional. The furnace issue I had was minor, so he took extra time replacing filters and checking the over-all health of my system. He explained things to me, so I knew how everything functioned and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. He did a great job!

  We have used Trouble-Free for many years. We knew when we bought our new (old) house that we would have them install a furnace/central air unit. We had a boiler system. The complete team is absolutely fantastic! Nacona, Chris, John and Skylar. All great workers! Dependable, friendly, knowledgeable the list goes one. Would recommend Trouble-Free for any service.

  My water heater went out during a winter storm so all our roads were closed for 2 days. When everything was open back up of course they were a little back up because they couldn't make any service calls for 2 days. Despite this, they were still able to come out and arrived 30 minutes prior to the 2-hour window. Joshua Burch who was the technician told me prior to the job what he was going to try to do and how much everything would cost prior to doing the work. He cleaned out the burner and ended up replacing the thermal coupler and the total bill was about $275 bucks. I was really happy that they were able to fix my water heater so I didn't have to replace it today and can say they gave an outstanding service!
