  They came and looked at the job, gave me an estimate, said they would be there the next week to do the repair... on the designated day I waited 9 hours for a no call no show plumber.

  On Saturday October 16th we called and left a message that the technician was on and his way and we were confirming you were home. There was no answer and no return call. No phone call since then. My technician went home early that day because we could not confirm you were there. Next time answer your phone

  Mr. Thomas did a wonderful job. He is very professional and timely. His prices are more than fair and his work is exceptional. He saved us after an illegitimate company screwed up our plumbing. We were very lucky to have him do the work in our home.
