  Great experience! Very professional and so nice!! They even left my favorite tree when clearing the area for my septic. I hope the rest of this project goes by as smoothly as the septic and site work!!! Thank you soooo much!!!!

  Very knowledgeable. Don't be surprised by the wait, that's the new norm for Bay county with post Michael and pandemic. But they stuck to the timeframe given and were very professional. They did two systems for us over a year.

  Unfortunately we didn’t choose Ake first. We went with another company in the Panhandle. My husband had to argue with the man who came to do our job, because he didn’t want to empty our second tank. Management said they would be out the next day to handle what he didn’t, they never showed up and we were left with our tank exposed and it still not working. So after many unanswered calls from the other company I finally called Ake Septic. They answered the phone every time, were friendly and showed up when they said they would show up!!!! Every person that came to my house was friendly and had a smile on their face and the girls in the office were great too. We actually got our new system installed a month earlier than we had expected (thanks to a cancellation) Ake’s price was more affordable then the other company and I KNOW we got better service and a better product. I can’t tell you how nice it is to not worry when it rains. Don’t waste your time like we did call Ake Septic first, you won’t be disappointed.
