He came right out, upfront pricing, extremely reasonable price, very knowledgeable. The company that out before him tried to charge me 7times over his price. Truly a man of integrity in dealing with his community. He waited to ensure the  repair was working perfectly . He even offered to talk me thru other project that he could’ve made money on.

We have used tri county water and sewer a few times in our previous residence and had to call today with our new residence for a leak. Jerry was able to come out within an hour notice to diagnose and fix our problem. We appreciate his honesty, knowledge and quick work! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I needed the services of a plumber to repair an outside faucet (probably there since the late 1960s) that would not stop leaking, even with the shutoff valve closed in the basement. Jerry was right on time for our scheduled appointment. He was personable and professional and did not talk over my head. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it and he did just that at a reasonable rate. Later that evening, I discovered the valve in the basement was leaking. I shut it off, which stopped the leak. I called Jerry and set up an appointment that fit my schedule and he came out to repair it. Turns out it was a small copper connector with a manufacturers defect, not Jerry's fault. He repaired it quickly for no additional charge and without drama. I would certainly call upon Tri County water and Sewer in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Hi called Tri-County at 8:30ish Monday morning that water was leaking in my basement.  Jerry arrived about 30 minutes later and within an hour we were able to diagnose the issue and scheduled the repair for first thing the next morning (it required opening up the wall and getting supplies to replace cast-iron piping).  Gave me a price range and after the  job was complete gave me the lower price.  Also didn't charge the Monday visit due to me doing the work with him.  The basement plumbing looks much cleaner and better now and I couldn't be more thrilled!  I will give them a call in a heart-beat if needed in the future!
