  Wow. I'm blown away at the quality of work and great price from Fortified Plumbing! From the first phone call to Eric, to working with the assigned plumber, Brandon, the service experience with these guys was nothing short of exceptional. Brandon came out the very next morning and diagnosed everything. He talked me through different pricing options and we scheduled the repair work (replace old three knob shutoffs with universal knob/diverter/shutoffs in upstairs bath) for Monday morning. He showed up with all the parts, was professional (called me "sir" and my wife 'ma'am' the whole time!) and efficient. He went above and beyond and installed 1/4 turn shutoffs behind the tub so now we won't have to shut off the water to both bathrooms to do work in the shower! He did everything very well, cleaned everything up, checked in with me a few times during the job and was just a great all-around young man. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the cost. These guys are top notch! Call Fortified Plumbing today!

  I spoke with Eric to schedule a time and he dispatched Brandon out to my home. I had a leak in my water tank. I called multiple other plumbers, some didn't accept credit cards, some couldn't see me until next week, and some were way over priced. Brandon called me and gave me a heads up on his estimated time of arrival. Then he called me again to explain the delays due to the flash flooding in the area. Then he gave me another call just to make sure I knew he was on his way. He showed up, was professional, cool guy. And even better he was quick! Cleaned up afterwards, and during the install communicated with me on what he was doing and what happened. He also provided me quotes for other things I may need in the future. He I stalled a Bradford tank. These are known as top of the like in terms of quality. I originally had a Ruud it was 25 years old. I was lucky it lasted this long. Bonus info... They support our public safety brothers and sisters. Police and fire fighters discount. I believe they give military also. It was sweet to receive that as a thanks for my service. I highly recommend Fortified Plumbing. Not only did they provide quality service and pricing they were the quickest to get my situation resolved compared to half a dozen other plumbers in the area. Kudos to you guys! Thanks again Eric, and keep up the great job, Brandon. Appreciate you guys!

  Husband called to get us scheduled for our toilet and they were very professional over the phone. Fair pricing and got us in the next day. They were supposed to be here between 9am and 1pm. They didn't come until 330pm. As soon as he walked in he said it was gonna be $225 (we were told $125). Which I said no. Called my husband to make sure of the price but from where it looks when I offered to get conformation on the price from his supervisor he immediately said if that's what you were quoted we have to honor that. So from where i stood he saw a young woman alone and decided to try and pocket some money from it. 100% not okay. My husband called the office to let them know and I'm assuming they received a call because when writing up the invoice and bringing it to me he didn't say a word. Definitely having my husband home next time. Ladies watch out for Morgan jeremy.
