  If I could give them zero stars I would. Attempted to hire this business today for a backup in basement. Called around 10am was told no problem they will be there between 12-3. Called a little after 3 to check in and was told again he’s caught up on other jobs but will be there and he will get there when he is finished and will complete our job. They then called and said an hour later they won’t be here and it is what it is even though they originally told us they would be here no matter what. We waited all day when they could have just said no to the job and we could have hired someone else. They are not reliable whatsoever.

  This is a great company! I have used them twice in the past year and was very pleased with not only their very fair pricing, but the efficiency and the quality of their work. Casey was great , when he power rodded my sewer clean-out, as were Tony and Matt just recently for a sink clog! Both times, I was able to get a next day appt., they called prior to the service call to give me a time, and completely solved the problems quickly, even left the areas cleaner than they probably found it. Thank you for great service, I will highly recommend your company, people and services!

  I have used Tri County Power Rodding several times most recently to unclog a toilet. Chad cleared the clog and also brought it to my attention that my toilet had outlived its life expectency (20+years) and needed replacing. They are always professional, courteous and respond quickly. They will be back to install the new toilet next week. Great company, great service, great prices and great people!
