  Terrible service--no professionaag rapport at all. I call & leave 2 messages which I finally get a text back at 9pm asking me questions, requesting pics which I send him & explain we dont have running water. He says he'll get with me tomorrow (Sat). At 10am Sat I call inquiring when he will be coming by, reminding him I have no running water--cant flush toilets etc. He texts back hes on another job. I ask...can you get to me today or should I try to find another plumber? He again texts back..probably--sorry. What kind of business is he running? First of all you need to CALL people & TALK to them. He could of explained to me then he had another job on Sat etc. This is very bad business techniques & Im surprised hes still in business. Get with it Rob because people dont like to be treated like that & left hanging at your mercy.
