  Very pleasant experience! Rick was very nice and service was quick. After he pumped my tank he mentioned I will need a snake, I called up to the office and they got me in a few hours later. Elijah came to do the snake and he acted as though he was genuinely concerned that’s what it was or not. After noticing toilet paper clogged in my pipes he got it out for me. He was super knowledgeable and very caring and friendly. I will be recommending this company to everyone and they will forever have my business!

  They came out today to clean the septic tank. He ran the water from my house for 7 minutes and he charged me $50. What a rip off! I would never use this company again or recommended to anybody. They also made a mess all over my driveway with dirt and mud.

  This is the first house I have had with a septic system, I waited to long to get it pumped, Saturday it backed up by Monday they were able to pump it out. James was very professional and helped walk us through everything we needed to know about the septic. I highly recommend this company, and James
