I am so pleased with the professional service I received from Tri-County Plumbing.  I needed a couple of  leaks fixed along with a new pump assist. They took care of everything very nicely.  I really trust Wes and Pam for giving a fair and honest quote...  I absolutely will use them again and  recommend them to any of my friends or family.  Thank you so much.

Joey came at 8am and worked his butt off until a little after 5 to finally give us our downstairs bathroom back after almost 8 month! He was extremely professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Worst personal skills ever. They like to use threatening type tactics to try forcing you to cooperate. They use phrases like do this "or else" to put pressure on you to move faster. I simply needed to move a few things and I needed the time to do so. They were threatening me to have to dig out the space by hand if I didn't make them happy. I told the guy I was given no advanced noticed and apologized. I tried to reason with him that I was more than willing to move my things, that I only needed time. He said "that's not my problem" and refused to accept my apology.

We had a waterline break and I called most plumbers in the area without any luck.  Tri-County Plumbing has friendly & helpful people who actually answer the phone not just voicemail.  Although they were extremely busy dispatch sent out a text to their plumbers if any were available to stop by after hours.

It didn't take long and received a call back that Robby Wilson was willing to fix the problem after hours.  He was very professional and efficient. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in short order.

We're very appreciative to have the water back up and running in the house.

They replaced our old hot water  heater with a new one. They didn't leave any warranty or information about the new hot water heater.  2hrs after installing it, I called them to say it still wasn't working.  They came back to check and said it was fine and to call an electrician.  The electrician came out and found a loose wire on top of the hot water heater. If installed correctly the first time,  it should have worked. I called Tri county back, they said it wasn't their job to fix the wiring. I assumed that since they installed it, they should have made sure the attached wires were tightened.  They did drop $120.00 fee for him to come out the 2nd time. That should cover the bill from the electrician.

I hired Tri County for a backflo inspection on my elderly mothers new home , and they never filed the paperwork with the water board . After several notices from the water board to shut off my mothers water , and charging me 90 dollars .
Tri county  said they would email it . The lady that answers the phone was rude , and unprofessional.
Not one apology from them . I waited to post this review, to give them a chance to resolve the issue.
But after reading several bad yelp reviews,
I realized I wasn’t alone .
Very bad customer service .
Save yourself the headache. Go to another plumbing company.

I'm sorry you feel this way.  Elaine the tester delivered the report personally to the waterboard on May 7th, she received a copy attached to her bill which was paid on 5/25 & we emailed it to Vince @ the waterboard on June 5.  I overheard the phone conversation and the office did apologize and said they would take care of it immediately.

Had multiple leaks under our old house.  Tri-county came out  and gave me a bid to replace all of the plumbing.  Work was done quickly and came in well under the bid price quoted.  Workmanship was excellent and the servicemen were very pleasant.  I highly recommend these guys!

I had my bathroom remodeled by this company and it turned out absolutely beautiful.  They installed a shower where my tub was with grab bars and a seat.  I can now stay in my house as I get older.  They handles the sheet rock repair as well as the painting & flooring.  I am so pleased.  I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been attempting to obtain service for one of our commercial locations.  Due to previous ownership they have been rude and extremely hostile at any request for service.  I am unable to even comment on their plumbing service because the customer service is so horrendous.  If it is any reflection on their ability for repairs though I would steer clear of using this company as a starting point.  You would be better off having standing water in your home then trying to get them to service your location.

Update: 9 months after original post they responded.  They said they suggested we replace the main line, how odd that when this was an issue, different than the main line, they referred back to this as why they wouldn’t work on it.  However, during the issue at hand we had already closed prior and replaced the main.  To top it off, they said I hung up on them, which after 9 months, come on.  They just don’t do customer service well... at all.  Obvious since this post is 9 months later, should let you know how on top of issues they are.

Nass is the new owner/manager of Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers in Coos Bay.  They called us to unclog their mainline.  We politely told them that we unfortunately didn't have the manpower to get to his location in a reasonable amount of time & suggested they call Roto-Rooter.  We also informed him that we had been to the site on 5 different occasions in 2010 and recommended that the sewer line be replaced because of continual repetitive clogging.  Mr. Nass made some rude comment and hung the phone up.

I watched on video (security Cameras) the work done at the Bachelor's Inn  Coos bay Oregon sewer line work, The men together in a way not seen for many years, the task was tuff, but the the man power and worker cooperation, was amazing basically flawless like a well rehearsed smooth running machine, the professionalism was over the top!  A true joy to watch a very disciplined group like I have never seen before, not one slaker or note out of place, very serious company, Very well trained. a working America is still alive! Good for you!
