My family had a fire in our home in North Bend, and Servpro helped me seamlessly through the whole process. They came out and met my insurance adjuster on a Saturday and expressed all of my concerns to assure all necessary services were going to be covered, and I wouldn't have to come out of pocket for anything besides my deductible, which $$$ was my main concern. They cleaned all by personal belongings, and items that were trashed were replaced by insurance too! I really appreciate the quick response and dedication this team had. We recommend this company to my friends, family, and co workers for fire restoration.

Our company is located in a business center that leases office space.  This Monday we came into our building and found that over the weekend a whole suite of offices had flooded - literally there was STANDING water in every office.  Made a call to ServPro and what seemed like almost immediately a guy named Justin showed up and he has been absolutely outstanding.  He is very professional and obviously knows all the ins & outs of water cleanup, he has gone above & beyond what I could have imagined would need to be done, including additional work that will prevent mold from developing in the walls in the future.  I cannot say enough good things about Justin and ServPro - they truly are OUTSTANDING!

Update- Very satisfied with the service I recieved. Thank you all again. Called ServPro on Sunday morning for flooded bathroom  Sage came out did a great job. Thank you very happy with the response time.

We have been in the process of dealing with major water damage due to a septic back up. Servpro has been awesome throughout the entire process. They are polite, kind and efficient and show genuine care for their clients. I could not be happier with the service we have received.

These guys are great. If you need cleaning or repairs after water damage of any kind, call theme first. Their process of disinfecting and making the home like new is amazing. Very professional and will make your restoration easy.

Mitigation is a rough and draining job but the fulfillment of getting people back in their homes, preserving as many of their personal things as we could as well as the  knowledge gained working with the experienced staff of Servpro has made my time with the company  worth while. I really appreciate all the experience I've gained working for this company.

The previous review by Aidin Penn (not his real name) is by a troubled tenant and nearly all of those statements are untrue.  I am one of the property owners and the tenant called Servpro on their own which we were initially unhappy with.  Servpro has dealt with a very difficult situation in a professional manner and has worked closely with OUR insurance to complete the repairs as best as we can direct.  They have went above and beyond what most companies would have pulled out of long ago.  I hope Google removes the previous defamatory post.

THIS IS WITH OUT A DOUBT THE WORST SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT FIRST THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COME OUT UNTIL THEY HAD AN INSURANCE CLAIM NUMBER. THEN THEY WERE 6 HOURS GETTING HERE ONLY TO EXTRACT WATER FOR TWO HOURS AND LEAVE THE MAIN AREA FLOODED. SEE THE LONGER THE WATER STAYS ON THE FLOOR THE MORE IT DAMAGES THE FLOOR BOARDS AND WICKS UP THE WALLS. IT HOW THEY TURN A $2000.00 JOB INTO A $10,000 DOLLAR JOB. THEY ARE CROOKED JOB MILKING, LAZY, SLOW, RUDE, EXCUSE MAKING SHARKS. I USED TO DO THIS THIS EXACT  WORK! I TOTALLY DISAPPROVE OF PEOPLE THAT OPERATE THIS. ONE INDIVIDUAL SAID WHY DO YOU CARE ITS NOT LIKE YOUR PAYING FOR IT. MY DEDUCTIBLE MY PREMIUMS AND MY RATES GOING UP BECAUSE OF THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE ! First I would like to state that it is unfortunate that Google has no screening process to confirm if a person is a valid customer.  Google has a set of rules that people are supposed to abide by and I will quote the rule that best fits this situation "Don't impersonate any person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity". Aidin Penn is not a customer of Servpro " his real name is Bret Welton" and the home he is RENTING is located at 93694 Hwy 42 South,  Coquille OR.  As record will show is owned by the Hodge family.

We are working with the Hodge family to restore this home from a water damage, unfortunately the RENTER (Bret Welton aka. Aiden Pennn) has forced us out of the home halfway thru the project leaving the home saturated with water, and wet building materials causing further damage to the structure. All the statements made about running up the costs, causing additional damage, and premiums being raised are completely false as it pertains to Bret Welton.   It is not Bret's Welton's  insurance that we are billing or working with, and the actions of Bret Welton is what is going to cause additional damage and expense to the Hodge family's insurance company.

We are looking forward to resuming and completing the project with the Hodge family and their insurance company as soon as Bret Welton aka Aidin Penn is forced/removed from the property permanently.
