Town center Inc.  Plumbing has helped me out many times. They are always friendly and available to get the job done. I have used them many times and I have referred them to friends many times.

Replaced my faucet by Town center Inc. Plumbing Service, they prices were reasonable and I’m really happy with their professional work.

I am taking services for the last three years---never disappoint!

Please do not sign an agreement for credit card charges they like to get in advance. I had requested cleaning service for a commercial equipment. I was told it would take about 3-4 hours, tech showed up but did not have any cleaning supplies. Tech told me it would take about 6 hours. When  I called the office, their supervisor called me and told me it it does not take 6 hours. Long story short, they emailed me a quote for 6 hours for cleaning and diagnostics. They refuse to refund me for the first trip which was their internal miscommunication. They are extremely unprofessional and don't bother to reply to email when they have to refund wrong charges. Do not fall for this scam.
I got it taken care of with another company immediately.

I would like to display my deep disgust with this company as an employee. I recently had to resign my position and had only purchased a small amount of tools. Upon returning all products to the company I also returned the tools I purchased as I know this company will resell them to the next employee who needs them. I'm mortified that every cent of my last paycheck went to tools that are back in your possession in amazing condition, yet I still get charged for them. Thank you for further strengthening the fact that this company does not take care of it's employees which is why I decided to leave in the first place. Thank you and have a wonderful day
