Casey and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with.
From my first contact with Casey all the way through to my installation, everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and when they needed to get back to me on something, they did so quickly and without me having to pester them.
The team that came out to do my panel upgrade showed up right on time and were done right about the time they estimated they would be.
The work performed was top notch and at what I felt was a very reasonable price.

In short, I could not more strongly recommend Casey and the team from Lakes Electric. There is no question in my mind who I will be calling the next time I need work done!

Casey and the crew at Lakes Electric did fantastic work for us!  They lit up my "Lady Lair" and installed 8-foot LED lights in the garage for incredible lighting.  Do not hesitate to call them for great quality work, at an honest price.  One example of the great customer service we had was an LED light went out in the basement, and Casey thought that there may have been a defect in the LED.  He came out and swapped the new can LED free of charge!  Thanks!

Casey went above and beyond in helping me when I needed a part for my project. He was prompt, charged an honest price, and even delivered it to my home since I was unable to pick it up. I appreciate the service and highly recommend Lakes Electric.

Casey and his crew installed a generator at my home in Highland, MI. Casey provided for very flexible communication - email and text. He was timely in response to my correspondence, and worked with me when the gas line took an unexpected amount of time to coordinate (1 month after installation of the generator.) The work was neat and the generator works great. I'm very  happy with the service provided by Lakes Electric.

Casey and his team rewired some very old electrical issues we have had in our home for years. Whenever.a hair dryer was use in our upstairs bathroom, the circuit would trip and power would go out in all 6 rooms upstairs. Cost was a fear to have his fixed, but Casey came out and examined everything in depth and gave us a fantastic cost. When his team came out they were polite and kept our home clean. In a few hours the problem was solved, for the exact cost he quoted us. Call them if you want to work with the best.

Really fine workmanship from Casey and his team. All of his guys are professional and really do good work. Will definitely call again when I need an electrician.

Great team of guys.  It started with Casey himself giving me a couple of things to try to save a service call.  When those methods didn't work, scheduling was quick.

When the guys arrived (on time), they worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue, and finished with about 15 minutes to spare for the hour service call.  Rather than immediately packing up, they inquired if there was anything that could be finished in the 15 remaining minutes.  There was, but due to other issues, it couldn't be worked on....but I appreciated the effort.

When everything was done, they did something I've never seen anyone do before...they came back with a broom and dustpan and swept the entryway!

Thanks for the great job, and all of your above-and-beyond efforts.  I'll definitely be calling again!

The two-man team who did the work at my house = excellent! I am giving the company 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not informed from the beginning that in order to pay by credit card, I'd have to pay an extra fee. Most service companies I've dealt with in the past take credit cards for payment without charging the extra fee. Would have been nice to know this up front.

I apologize for the lack of communication in regard to the payments we accept and the fees that would be added for certain types of payments.  I have implemented a plan to make this clear to future clients.  I am thankful to hear that the Tech's that were on your project did "excellent" work for you.
