  Tech by the name of Mike came to our home to repair a few pipes. After taking our down payment he decided to leave without a word and do ZERO work. I called the home warranty company that sent them to our home and reported them. Horrible and rude service techs. Would not recommend.

  Chris returned my initial phone call promptly and was available to come over right away. He was very honest in his evaluation of the job. After inspecting the tank he did not see a need to pump the tank. Prompt, honest, thorough, and gave good advice regarding tank operation. Highly recommend him.
