    This man owns up to his mistakes and does what is right to fix them. He embodies integrity and that's an extremely rare thing to find in a business owner. We bought a house and the seller tried to pull one over on us by not telling us the HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Well when I lost it on Jerry since he was the one that did the inspection he went back to the seller and read them the riot act as well. I don't know what kind of magic spell he cast, but the papers were signed and the seller ended up installing a whole new HVAC unit anyway. If you want someone who will make sure the job is done right and will treat you fairly Jerry is your man.

    I used the company for their plumbing expertise and was rather satisfied with the experience, but then I used their heating and air service. I requested a simple check up of my rental home's furnace and to have it cleaned as well. I also informed the company my tenants had a rather high power bill so if they found something odd to please let me know first as I am the landlord. We scheduled the visit for a Thursday and then had to reschedule for a later time that afternoon - the tenants had to be home. Well, I assumed the servicing of the unit had gone fine since I didn't hear back that day. Saturday I hear from my tenants that someone had came out and replaced the thermostat. Apparently the thermostat was causing the unit to go into aux heat. It took my tenant calling me to inform me of all this. I wasn't given a call about what the issue was or about what the repair was going to cost. I called the company to explain to them why I was unhappy with this and instead of good customer service I was told, "I don't need this from you. If you're not happy I can come back and rip the thermostat out". I was then promptly hung up on. So that's fine, whatever - I'll pay the bill I later found out was $300. Well, my tenants call me back and tell me the day after that the heat wasn't working at all now. It took a different heating and air company to properly diagnose the issue and replace the fan on the outside unit. I hope my shared experience has been helpful to anyone looking to use this company especially someone who is a landlord.
