  Someone I know tried using their services for their business but was only met with attitude from the person picking up the phone. She gave my friend the round around and then ended up hanging up the phone on them! That's crazy and definitely not how you do business. Edit to reply to the owner: I'm not sure who the owner of the company is, but it was a female who picked up the phone. Since you believe, it's okay to put people's full name on reviews without their permission, it was Rosie who was calling to check if you all could give her information in regards to a previous work order. To which she was met with: "I am not sure why would we go out there in the first place, that is too far out for us anyway". The lady also mentioned how the first time someone went to the job, no one "answered" the phone. There are numerous people in our office that pick up the phone at all times, so I find it very hard to believe that we never picked up the phone. Rosie emailed you all to follow up on the same work order mentioned above and also check if you all had an invoice for us to send payment for. To which we received no response or phone call. Due to this, Rosie was FORCED to call the next day to speak to someone. This is where the lady had an attitude out of this world. When Rosie asked if there was a payment to be made, she said "no it's fine" and hung up the phone before anyone could get a response out. If that's nice, I do not want to see mean.

  Again I was not rude and I did not hang up, I graciously answered her questions about the service call and about being charged and said no there is no charge and we ended the call, I did not hang up on her, we both said bye. I don't schedule through emails with third parties, due to the fact there is sometimes miscommunication, for example we go to a job and no one is home. I like to speak directly to them, but was unable to, the best way to get on the schedule is to call and I tried to call her numerous times. I've spoken to other people from your company before and we've done work for your company with no issues. I know for a fact I was not rude in any way to her, I've been answering the phone for years and I've never ever been rude to anyone, we are a small business and we take pride in how we treat our customers from beginning to end. I honestly don't know why she is saying I had an attitude out of this world, because I truly did not. Jaslyn, from New View Realty? Who is the customer? I am never rude to anyone. I did speak to someone from your company, asking if we could go do a job that was over an hour away. One we had already gone to about 3 months ago, no one was there when the technician got there, no one answered either of the numbers we called. Rosie Santana emailed and asked if we could go again a few days ago, I tried to call her a few times and no one ever answered. When either she or you called me, I was very nice and explained that it was too far away for us to go at this time. We are extremely busy here in our county. She asked if she owed us anything from the last time we went and I told her there was no charge.

  I highly recommend using Top Notch Plumbing as far as I'm concerned they live up to their name. A smaller company who focuses on the customer not numbers. A shout out specifically to Michael Gibson and his work partner. They went above and beyond. Great job.

  Tommy and staff are the only plumbing service to consider in the Iredell county area. Had an emergency leak while I was out of town, Tommy answered call immediately and was there within minutes. Also helped unclog a shower drain. Great service & guys!
