  I’m 9 months pregnant and my toilets are backed up so bad it’s coming into the bathtubs. My kids and I can’t use use the bathrooms or bathe. My father called yesterday and was told he was too busy to come out that day but could come today but it’d be more money due to the weekend. My father called this morning and he acted like he had no idea what he was talking about and refused. Being overworked is understandable but please don’t tell people you will do something and not follow through.

  I'm very sorry for the confusion he had called pretty late in the day on Friday when I spoke with him earlier today I let him know I would see what I could do but made no promises

  Tyler was wonderful. I called and he came out same day. They are kind and reliable, not to mention their rates are very reasonable. I would definitely refer the Drain Doctor to family and friends. Thanks Tyler!

  Called on a Monday for a leaky faucet they were booked until Thursday after 12. That's not a problem at all, I didn't mind waiting. Thursday I called to make sure they were still coming around 1pm because I hadn't received a call or anything all day. The person on the phone confirmed I was on the schedule and they would call when they were coming. It's now Saturday and still no call, very disappointing!
