  Responded within an hour to rescue us from a water heater that decided to.go kaput just like that. I approved rough estimate over the phone, discussed what I needed, and boom, Tom shows up with a shiny new high quality hot water heater. An hour later, boom, steamy hot water is flowing. Very professional, thorough, quick and fair priced!
