Will, Jason, and Ken just completed a quick, yet thorough energy audit in our home. They took the time to explain what they would be doing, provided helpful tips, and implemented energy efficiency measures that will significantly reduce our energy usage, and thus our utility bills. Their team was extremely professional, helpful, and a pleasure to have in our home. The entire experience was a breeze. Thank you guys so much!

Just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the service and installation we received. A very special thank you to Jason Merkowski who really went over and above answering my many questions and always returned calls promptly. He is a treasure to your organization and customer service reputation. Additionally the two men (John and Kevin??) who prepared the installation were great. They could not have been more professional, neat and courteous. The whole team seems to understand the meaning of customer service which is very hard to come by these days. So congratulations!

This company was great for years but has gone downhill fast. We prepaid for our oil last year in order to get a fixed price. We returned home on Sunday from our first vacation in 4 years and found the oil tank was very low. This is unusual because we have automatic oil deliveries and they normally keep the tank at least half full. We called the next day on Monday 5/10 to let them know. They said they'll fill our tank but even though we have a prebuy fixed price contract at $2.039 and a $500 credit left they said that plan is over April 30th and we have pay $2.899 per gallon?? In 2020 we had deliveries 1-27-2020 and 4-6-2020. Our last delivery was 1-19-2021 and they never made a delivery in April this year like they normally do. It certainly makes it seem like they waited to deliver the oil we needed so they could raise the price. We spoke with Kayla the customer service manager in Waterbury on Monday 5/10 and she agreed that what happened didn't look good but said she didn't have the authority to fix it and would call back on Tuesday 5/11. It is now Friday 5/14 and we haven't heard from her and we still haven't gotten oil. Update 5/17/21: This review has been updated from 1 star to 5 stars. We called again and reached a different customer service manager today, Yasmin. Yasmin is a true customer service professional. She's very nice and resolved the issue immediately. We're looking forward to continuing to do business with BantamWesson.
