I called to have my sump pump looked at. I told Tom that is wasn’t an emergency visit. Tom sent his employer ( whom was very nice). It turn out he was there about 20 minutes the float on the pump was getting stuck. I was charged $125. 00 for that service call, which I thought was extremely high for not really doing anything and not being an emergency call. He told me to call if it acted up again which, I did the very next day. Tom did return my phone call and said oh yeah we can take care of that. I inquired how much he thought it would be snd he said he would get back to me with a quote which he never did. I would not recommend using him if you want a fair price and or a job done.

I had a problem with my hot water pressure for my faucet so I called. They were unable to resolve it said it was the cartridge. I got a new cartridge and still no pressure and they did not put it back together correctly so now it’s leaking. After it was put back together I did call and complain about the faucet it did not look right. Got blown off as that is wha5 happens when you take it apart several times. This is a precision faucet which reassembles correctly without movement when done correctly. Now it leaks without even having the water turned on. Called back about the leak no response but they cashed my check real fast. I called the faucet company and they explained over the phone to me exactly how to fix the problem with the water pressure and what tools I would need. 145.00 later my faucet is worse off that before I ever called them. Don’t bother.

The boiler we had was approximately 40 years old and needed to be replaced. We called a few places. Tom's Plumbing was the most reasonable estimate for a new boiler. Tom completed the work efficiently and neatly. We will definitely use Tom's Plumbing again and recommend him.
