Mr Cortes was very professional! I was able to reach him on Sunday. He came promptly on Monday morning. Our water heater problem was diagnosed and correctly fixed. Mr Cortes explained everything very clearly to me. He gave me a total cost right up front for the repair. My wife and I were very impressed by the work completed. We would highly recommend his services as very reputable and competitive in price. I would use his services again

I met Victor while he was installing a furnace across the street. I checked out his work and decided he was the man to install my furnace. He did a wonderful job. My brother--in law who use to install furnaces commented that the craftsmanship was excellent and it's quality far exceeded his price. He was professional and on time and most of all, the price was right. When he was done he cleaned up everything. He had a couple of crews that came that were also professional and on time. As far as getting back to me he typically got back to me within the day. I'm not sure what people expect from a plumber or electrician but they typically don't get back to you until the end of the day because they they are on jobs. I would recommend him and in fact I asked him to come back and work on a shower valve. Hit the like if you like my review.

Victor Cortes of Cortes Plumbing had been my plumber for a number of years. Among other services he installed a new furnace and a hot water heater at my home. A day before this past Thanksgiving I saw a puddle of water in my laundry/furnace room. The water was not far from my water heater but the area was dry around the heater. I called Mr. Cortes and left a message. I very stupidly waited through the thanksgiving holiday for a return call. Meanwhile, the water situation was getting worse. I called once again and Mr. Cortes answered. When I explained the situation he said he did not "do this any more." Would not a return courtesy call to me have been in order? I still do not know if he's retired or just selective about the jobs he takes. I asked him for a referral and he was of no help whatsoever. I learned a costly lesson in waiting until after the holiday for a call from Mr. Cortes as mold had started to form under my flooring from a leaking hot water pipe. Is professionalism and courtesy completely obsolete?
