  In the last 2 years during negative degree temperatures are heater has stop working. This time it happened early morning but didn't call until 3pm bc my fiancée can normally get it to work bc they showed us things to try beforehand since the furnace getting up there in age. Jeff was all the way in Hubbard already working on another furnace and couldn't get here until after 7pm which they charged us the day rate not the on-call rate. The year before that there was major blizzard going on and he was the only one I could get here when the weather had wind chill of -30. The whole staff from secretary to repairman are always pleasant and have gone above/beyond to help us in jam. We definitely continue going through them for all our heating issues.

  Are heater went out Jeff came out and look at it with said the part will be in in 3 days we called aweek latter they had no idea we waited another well and we had to call but nothing we got ahold of Jeff Jeff had to call and order the part himself so all around it took 3 weeks we talk to Steve he said I'll wcall u back to see if the part came in never got a call back from him Jeff was awesome about helping us outthanks Jeff
