  We hired reliable one because we where remodeling bathroom. We meet got estimate of rough in for plumbing. Went over project with the project manager. 2 guys showed up first day. Pulled pex lines cut most of lines to short. He also kinked a pex line. Found out later they ran vanity waste and water lines wrong spots. I am not gonna go into all the problems. Bottom line don't let them do anything. They never showed up half the time. Didn't know when they where coming. They where never prepared. Most didn't even know what they where doing here. They where suppose to come back when they got some parts. 3 weeks went by no phone call. I called told them don't want them to finish. I told them they had box of parts here they needed to pick up and job wasnt finished. So they send me bill 2 weeks later for the parts and labor on the bills says it was finished. Still working on finishing bathroom. I couldnt take all the problems. Decided I was done with them. We have had nothing but problems. Tried talking to one of the owners still going to bill us for over $9000.00 for hooking up tub and shower also shower pan and walls. We had already payed for rough in of plumbing. Do yourself a favor. Do it yourself don't hire them. They don't communicate with there customers or there employees on what needs to be done.

  Had our furnace checked, in the past we had a tech that explained what and why he checked things and let us know that everything was fine. This year they had a young guy come in; didn't say a word except "sign here" and took off. They also tried to slip a much higher price through, instead of what we agreed on. I will not call them back for my house, or my business.

  Dean, we are sorry that there was a misunderstanding on that quote you received for your service work, we did check time logs and our logs on the ipads showed that the tech did spend more time on your job than what you are stating, you must remember that the total time on ajob includes travel times. i hope that you will call us again when you need service done on your hvac equipment. we continuously strive to improve our communications with our customers and it looks like we failed on this one. we will work to do better for you in the future.
