  Jake is top notch, professional and clean equipment! Quick to respond to a crisis call, last minute before the holiday. He gave me a very thorough repair and septic service. Jake even took the time to explain to me the workings of my older system on the home I had just purchased. I never felt pressured for him to leave and get to the next job or that I was taking up his time. Would recommend this company to anyone needing his services. Thank you for the simple, comforting and express service!

  My husband called Jake at 10:30am stating that our septic was backed up. He told my husband that he would be at our place around 12pm after finishing up with another customer. He arrived around 11:50am and I told him that I had no idea where our tank was. He said that was no problem at all and that the whole process was going to be about 45 minutes. He was extremely pleasant to work with and told me what he was doing throughout the process. He told me that my husband made a comment about apologizing about the distance. Jake said as long as his truck has wheels he's good! I would definitely recommend him to anyone after this experience.

  I started using Jake at Tidewater Septic Services about 2 years ago when the company I was using was becoming difficult to work with. Not only was Jake more friendly and professional, he was available when I needed it. I live on the eastern shore of Maryland and we have a very wet season every late winter and early spring, so there are time when pumping our septic is an emergency. Jake is right there to take care of it the next day. I can rest easy working with Tidewater Septic and they are also much cheaper than the past company I used to use. I would recommend them to anyone!
