  I called them after another plumber didn't respond to my calls. Someone actually answered the phone and all of my questions the first time I called. They were able to get me on the schedule immediately. The service technician, Joe, was very courteous and professional. I had a question about the bill and Matt, in the office, was able to explain everything right away. The owner, George, even called to follow up. Everyone was really great to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing work. They send automated texts and emails for appointment reminders, etc. which I liked.

  Unfortunately in today's world I feel that fewer and fewer businesses understand the meaning of quality service. Not Major League Plumbing, they take pride in their work. From the moment we called them on a Saturday morning during our hot water heater emergency to the follow-up service days later making sure everything was working properly, we truly appreciated their professionalism and expedited service- TOP NOTCH SERVICE- a rarity in today's world! Thank you

  These folks are absolutely top-notch. 5 stars all day! During a new shower install by an install company, they discovered that my shower drain was mobile, and informed me that this indicated a serious problem. I was told I needed a plumber, and that this was most likely going to be pretty major. Project is now at complete stop while I try to figure out what to do. My regular plumber was not available. Major League had quickly responded to an issue at my workplace a few months before. Gave them a call, and a plumber was there shortly. He determined the extreme severity and relayed the situation to the owner, George who showed up quickly. We scheduled a time for diagnosis to happen in a couple of days. The guys worked like crazy to break up/dig up the concrete foundation, and outdoor section. Old cast iron had deteriorated. When diagnosis was relayed to George, he quickly arranged for a team, over the next week to break up the concrete foundation, dig up pipe outside, and do the repairs. I was kept informed through the entire process. George arranged for the concrete folks to close everything back up. After the shower folks were done, Major League came right back to re-install toilet and vanity/sink/faucet. EVERYONE involved was professional, responsive, above courteous, and just plain helpful. There is NO WAY I could have coordinated this job like George did between plumbing and concrete. Thank you again, Major League Plumbing for your honesty, great work and sanity-saving responsiveness and coordination!
