Best place for plumbing, everything you’ll ever need. Great service.

Been a plumber for 12 years in the area. Talked to a Robert about some basic repair parts. Most counter guys do not want to deal with these type of questions Robert was on it, great customer service super knowledgeable.. Double that man's pay!

If delivering in a tractor trailer, they open at 6 am but do not unload until 8 am.

This is a critique of the showroom on Rockville Pike and not the contractor center.  I waited for 30 mins for a sales person to wait on me while they sat around their desks eating lunch.  I had a list of Moen bathroom fixtures that I wanted to price.  I decided to leave my list, name and phone number with the receptionist and asked that someone call me with pricing information.  That was 2 days ago!  I decided to order the fixtures online at Home Depot and got a 10% discount after the order was placed just by asking the online customer service representative.  I guess Somerville didn't think that they could be price (and service) competitive with Home Depot.  These times, they are a chang'n.
