  My father used this company to take a look at his plumbing because there is an obvious leak between the first and second floor. It was raining in the living room and the upstairs bedroom carpet was soaked. The plumber came out, replaced the seal on the toilet upstairs. The threw the plunger, toilet brush, etc into the tub along with the valve that he replaced. And not only did he not clean up behind himself and put things back, but he also broke the plunger after he used it to test the toilet and said nothing. I am not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what. He was rude, inconsiderate, and he would not even listen to the full situation before he decided what the problem was. Then he used a tool that was not his and broke it and then left it. I am sure that this gentleman has done plumbing and obviously knows mor than I do, but he lacks the customer service skills and respect that a person should possess working with the public. I was sadly disappointed.
