  When I called to make an appointment, the woman I spoke to provided exceptional customer service and was trying to help me figure out what could be wrong with my septic system. When Mike came out to pump the septic system, he made sure to look at everything to be certain that pumping was the appropriate choice. He displayed integrity by choosing to be honest about the issue, which was a clogged filter, and he provided me with education that I did not previously have about septic systems. I just want to let you know that your business shows that customer service values and that you have integrity, which makes me trust Ray’s for future services. Thank you so much.

  Do not listen to the one star reviews!! This place was awesome! Mike came out to my home first thing this morning, and he was very professional, not to mention very respectful! He explained how everything worked, and answered every question I had. He did an outstanding job and quickly! Great company to work with by far! Definitely will be recommending their services to others. Plus spend your hard earned money with the local businesses. I made to right choice and will be using them again if needed.

  Highly recommended! One call is all it took and their were at my house to take care of business. Their employee was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the septic system, previous Company used never educated me about the septic system. Thank you and I look forward to continue our relationship for years to come.
