Always responsive, will promptly answer inquiries and offer support and solutions to determine what services and price points will be needed to compete the job. No run around. Mr. Thompson always does his best to fit me in--especially if there are time-sensitive issues.

  Jeff Thompson gave me assistance over the phone when I called him with my problem. He made no money by helping me. His advice was the solution, I myself fixed. He is ethical and very knowledgeable in plumbing matters and I will be using him again with my plumbing concerns. A neighbor referred him to me.
