  Caleb with Art’s Locating was fantastic. He located my leak quickly, which was under concrete. He mapped out my water line so I would know where to connect to reroute it. He even told me the depth of the water line. Caleb reminded me to call 811 to avoid big fines. He was professional, thorough and kind. Caleb guarantees his work and really seems to care about his customers. I highly recommend him.
