Lucas called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and told me he was on his way. When he got to the house, he had on booties and a mask & was dressed in uniform. He was very professional, and he worked on my drains for over an hour until they were completely clear and running freely. When he was finished, he went out to his van to get cleaning products and left my bathroom virtually spot free. As promised, it was $93. I have had 2 other companies clean the drain before and neither one of them worked as hard as Lucas did. Last year‘s guy did a “puff of air“ to clear the line. He charged me $126. He was going to charge me more if he had to snake it. Lucas went right to work snaking the drain‘s and didn’t leave until the job was completely done. I am very impressed. Thank you T&G!

Josh Lawson was great! He was early for the appointment, explained everything and possibilities of the 3 issues I had beforehand. As he worked and finished the drains, he discussed what he found with me and also future issues to consider. I will definitely use this business again as I even signed up for their membership. Josh was very professional and personable. 10 stars ⭐ if I could.

***Update - AC was finally attached to the stand on March 4th (60days) Today is 4/8/2022 - 90 days and counting and still no vent cleaning scheduled or performed. I had a new furnace and AC unit installed. On the day of installation, technicians could not finish the AC or get the thermostat to work properly. They stated that they would schedule a new day and give an upgrade on the thermostat for the trouble (12/17/21). After repeated times to get a hold of our project manager/salesperson, I sent an email to client care on 12/22/2021. This email also advised Thomas and Galbraith that the AC unit is not attached to our stand (two poles that sit off the ground), and with a gentle touch and it falls off. Our previous AC unit was attached. I get a reply and a new appointment. They come out on 12/27/21, fix the AC line, don't bring a new thermostat, and do not fix the AC Unit being unattached. I was able to connect the thermostat and once again email and provide pictures to client care about the AC unit. Client Care responds and asks for my address to "look into it". I immediately provide my address. Days go by with no answer, email them again on 1/3/2021. No reply, email again on 1/9/2021. The lesson is don't pay in full on your $9k furnace until they get it fixed. Today is 1/12/2021 no answer and my AC unit is still half off the stand. Now I question the 15-year warranty!?!?!? Also did not get my free duct cleaning. A great experience all around.
