  I've reached out to this company to see about getting a ductless split system installed in our home. Got an email from Rick DeTillian on 8/4/20 stating somebody would reach out to me soon. Called back on 9/9/20 & was told a technician named Brody would contact me. He did, said he would call back later that day to see if he could come out later the same day or the next. Never heard back from him. Called again 9/15/20 left a message with the answering service, the following day I was called by a lady from Wright Company. I stated the above she said she would have him call me, it would be the same day 9/16/20 or the next at the latest. Again nobody ever called back. Sent an email back to Rick DeTillian the Operations Manager on 9/18/20 and as of today 9/29/20, I've heard nothing from anyone. So with that said, I suggest looking for another company! If they can't respond to a new client ready to pay them a good sum for a new system install, what are the chances of them responding to a call about a warranty repair? I'd say absolutely none. We went with a competitor, They called the next day & setup a time to come out for a quote. They showed up when they said they would. Mitch had the quote completed in two days & now we have them coming out to install the system.

  They were great.wush i new the guys name.he was very noligable.are furnace works better than before .even blows warmer.i live on hough rd.chillicothe.shout out to the tech worked on funace.very fast polite.an honest.
