Avoid this company if at all possible. We had them install a complete plumbing system when we had our home down to completely bare studs. The technicians ran pipes on exterior walls and into our attic which bursted the winter after it was installed. So I had to reroute the plumbing so it wouldn’t burst again. This all could have been avoided if they had any skills. This was due to the technician saying he didn’t feel like drilling through a floor beam. Also, the parts that they use are of poor quality, had 2 t connections crack and they charged us to replace. I’ve had to replace multiple sections of copper pipe due to poor solder welds, which is plumbing 101.Had another plumbing company come out and they couldn’t believe the poor quality of work. Save yourself a headache and choose another company, don’t make our mistake.

I had them come check my property to repair some drain pipes after I had a home inspection. They showed up and told me what needed to be fixed and told me they would get back with the following week with a quote. After waiting a week I called to check and see if they had a quote and to see if they had a time frame for when they were going to do the work, they said the quote wasn't done. I have checked back a few times and it's the same story. I waited for a month and they still haven't gotten back with me. Shouldn't be that hard to write up a quote and to give an estimate when they would get to me. I went ahead and had another company do the job and it took less than a week. Update: they say that they called me, but why do I keep calling and they always say the quote isnt done. The owner always responds to reviews and blame bad reviews on the person getting the work done. They will continue to lie to make themselves look better

Very disappointed in our recent interaction. They came out and worked on my mom's drain, did very little work, tried to say it was something that we found out was NOT an issue, and overcharged us. The issue came back within two days and my mom was afraid to say anything so when I finally talked her into letting me call them, a month had passed, and they informed me it was not under warranty, they could come out again but they would charge us again. No, thank you. We will look for someone willing to do actual work and back up the work that they do.

Mrs. Steele, I'm sorry you feel your experience was unsatisfactory. We charged our standard rates for the work we completed. Your mother was informed at time of service that there were additional issues that needed to be addressed. Our warranty period is 30 days on parts and labor. We do not typically have a warranty on drain cleanings due to unknown factors outside of our control. When you first called reporting there was an issue it had been 49 days since the work had been completed which is outside of our standard warranty period.
