  I've been here a few times. Most of the people working here put off the feeling that you are bothering them. There is really something wrong here. The people here are very unhappy. I did not feel welcome here. It's sad because it is a beautiful place.

  We’re sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations on the day that you visited The Woodworkers Shoppe. Our staff’s overall years of employment average out at 15.3 years and should more than express the conditions in our workplace with their desire, commitment and happiness in the workplace. Sometimes the stress of being so busy with limited help and time available can take its toll. The staff may appear to be somewhat shorter with answers on a given day and we apologize for that. Many employees have taken it upon themselves to take on other job duties and wear many hats just to make the business run as normal and to provide our customers with reputable service that they’ve come to expect from us over the years. We can assure you that our employees are happy most of the time, but please understand that we are all dealing with the stress (that every other business is going through) of limited product and employees. Our business is also in a very rural area, where finding additional employee’s under the current conditions, very challenging. We are trying to keep up with a busy workload and that can show from time to time. We are constantly looking for qualified help! We do hope that you decide to visit us again and hopefully your experience is a more positive one.

  Ordered an entire house interior tongue and groove and doors/trim prefinished. They shipped to Gatlinburg Tennessee in crates. It was very well packed and the material was excellent. Easy to install and I have recommended them and will use them again.

  I've had a really good experience with Woodworkers Shoppe. It was a custom order that was prepared and shipped in the time they quoted. Upon unloading the material looks lovely. I'll post another review after I actually install the cedar Quarter Log siding and T&G cedar paneling on my new sauna.
