  Always a pleasant experience in Fairview do it best . Been going there most of my life because they usually have what I need. You will never find friendlier people any where I've ever been. They bend over backwards to help and they extremely knowledgeable and if they can't help you they will get someone else to assist you.

  This is a delightful hardware store with just about everything I need. The people are warm, considerate, and knowledgeable. I had an issue recently with a rental that I brought to the manager's attention. She listened intently and apologized for the conflicting information I received. She handled it very professionally and we worked out a very satisfactory resolution. These people really respect their patrons and really bend over backward to make you happy. They know what customer service is, and deliver it consistently at a high level.
