Frank the tech was on time, polite and very knowledgeable! I myself have been involved with rehabbing 100 year-old buildings for 33 years, and I am not usually easily impressed--Frank really impressed me! He explained all the features and benefits of the hydro jetting process as it relates to my 102-year-old clay tile and cast iron sewer and kitchen drainage systems. He left me with a reasonably-priced estimate. I have had some great experiences with Scottish Plumber over the past few years--Frank certainly carried on the high level of professional service that I have come to expect from Scottish Plumber!

We have used to Scottish Plumber several times and their techs are always great. This time three guys came out to hydro jet our sewer line and scope it. Jeremy, Adam and Joey did the job well, efficiently and knowledgeably. They did it for a fair price and we’re clean and courteous. They also offered remedies for future problems. We are pleased.

Our old water heater had started leaking over the New Years holiday weekend, we knew it needed replacing. It was beyond old, more than 15yrs. We also had an old water softener we wanted take out. We contacted them and their technician got back to us right away, on Sunday. When we explained the situation the technician said that because we were upstairs that they would have to wait to do the job, he didn't have the extra help that was needed to do all the work. He then helped advise us on how to reduce the damage and told us he'd help get us taken care. We appreciated the honesty and the help. We got an estimate an paid a deposit that day. The next day, Monday. The office called us and let us know that we were on their priority list and will be serviced in the morning. The technicians arrived on time did great work. Our situation threw them a curve ball. We had some A/C drainage lines in the way. They innovated the install and made things right. We will use them again.
