  The 60+ year old controls for the shower in my house fell apart. I was hoping it would hold out until the bathroom got remodeled, but no luck. I knew I wouldn't find the right parts at a big box store so I was referred to this shop by my plumber. Mr Janis knew exactly what I had and had all the necessary parts in my hands in about 5 minutes. I'll definitely be finding a reason to go back and support this business.

  Helpful but price gauge for parts. In my case they charged me for wrong part which is 75% more than the part I got. When I called and spoke to Mike he said "you wanted it I had it and that is the price for it" and there is no return policy mentioned anywhere but was said return will not be taken. I am all about helping small business but not in favor of price gauging and false charging customer - I trusted them and got taken advantage of. Will not be going back to them and will reconsider helping small business going forward.
