  I had my faucet replaced. I am so glad I did not try to do it myself. Bill Spritzer was the plumbing technician. He was at my house within 90 minutes of me calling to ask for an appointment. I couldn’t believe how quickly he arrived. Bill was professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to clean up after he completed the job. My sink faucet looks great and works perfectly with no leaks. Thank you!

  Bill is a great PROFESSIONAL man, he was easy to communicate with, funny, and SHOWED me the issues this century old house had…. He worked all day, and got my home back functional. Women who’s reading this I feel like I have to say he didn’t over talk, mansplain, intimidate, or acted as if your concerns didn’t matter. I felt comfortable with him in that regard. He’s a A+ Plummer and a even more better person…that’s it! It’s Bill from here on out

  I was throughly impressed and pleased with the staff of Bill Spreitzer and Dennis Pawul testing and replacing the complete system to move water from the house. These guys were extremely professional and friendly the entire time they were here for 3 days. Bill provided me pictures of the work for reference if there is ever a need for fixing (by the way, I don't think I will be here when anything else is needed as I am getting old). Bill is the top professional I have ever had here and provides the best service I have received in a very long time. Thank you for everything you guys did!
