Service technician, Daniel, arrived within an hour or so from my emergent call for service. He assessed the sink and tub clog immediately, advising he could complete the fix fairly easily and quickly. Then he remedied the issue just like he said he could. Professional and very friendly. The price was very acceptable, too. We may have found our new go-to plumbers...30 years with our normal provider, but they could not help us until tomorrow. Happy that I found The Rooter Works. Very good service.

My girlfriend and I moved into our house July of last year. At the beginning of this year we had our sewer back up. We had a different company that shall remain nameless come out the first time to fix the issue. This company’s excavation team did not mark any utilities, they immediately started digging without any concern. While they were digging this company tore my water line out from underneath my house and left a hole in between my foundation and siding. They claimed to have “fixed it” before they left even though they left the hole still there letting cold air freeze our pipes and our water was only dripping from one faucet. This started a two week saga of having no water or sewer in our house, during the winter and during our most recent large snowfall. We called The Rooter Works and they had a technician out in a few days. He was able to explain everything easily and also found a few problems that the other company either neglected or overlooked. He was baffled by how we had been treated by the previous company. They tried multiple days to come in and begin work but the weather would not let it happen. While this was occurring The Rooter Works offered to put us up in hotels for the inconvenience. Eventually they were able to come in and begin their work. The crew that replaced our water and sewer lines were understanding and extremely knowledgeable. They worked hard all day to make sure they could deliver on their promise of having our water running again that day. The pricing for the job was understandably pricey, but they were fair with their prices. There were no loopholes or secret hidden costs. Everything was explained prior to payment and signing of any contract. Thanks to the The Rooter Works we are able to live comfortably in our home again. This company has made us both loyal customers. We know if we have any plumbing issues we cannot fix ourselves to call The Rooter Works. We will definitely recommend this company to any of our friends and family who need plumbers.

My husband and I recently bought our first home together and wanted to update a toilet and some fixtures to make it feel more like home! Being first time homeowners we have struggled with other companies taking advantage of us being in tough situations, but I am very happy we used The Rooter Works! We were so lucky to have Jim come out and help us with this project. He was knowledgeable, fair, and very easy to work with! He even took a look at other concerns we had and gave us realistic time frames on when we should think about a repair. Will absolutely be calling to replace our water heater in the near future!
