  Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!

  Needed battery backup sump pump. First company I contacted that made scheduling a free inspection painless. Toby showed up on time and thoroughly explained my options. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely personable, and very knowledgeable and efficient in the installation process. They worked with me to fit the job within my budget. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing-related needs (will specifically request Toby) and will refer family and friends to them. Great company! Keep up the good work!

  James came out just a few hours after I called Apex. I expected a good few days or more before we’d be able to get anyone out here. Additionally, we never expected service the same day. We thought we’d be scheduling service after a consultation. James was great to work with! Very polite, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing and why. We had an idea of what we needed, and it would have been a much more expensive service. James explained why we didn’t need it, when he could very easily have just gone with it and taken out money! He even helped carry our packages in as soon as we got here! Plus, his work is under a 90 day warranty now, so if we have any further issues he’ll come back out! We’ll definitely use Apex again!
