Eric was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable of his craft, professional and Thorough. He gave me detailed information on other services that were available to the consumer. This is the very first time that I had a septic tank cleaned out and someone explain to me step-by-stepThe job they performed. I was very pleased because they also checked my lines to see if they were working properly and everything else that was affiliated with the tank. They did an amazing job. I manage a warehouse that Kevin visited recently. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service. As a company, they are very responsive. The technician, Kevin, was sent the same day as our call even though our needs were not an emergency. I also really appreciated that Kevin arrived for the job at the time he said he was going to arrive. Overall, I definitely recommend The Plumbing Experts for any of your plumbing needs, both commercial or residential!

Eric Charron pumped out our septic tank and provided excellent advice on maintaining proper functioning. He was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Our septic backup problem was solved within hours of when I first discovered the problem and contacted the Plumbing Experts. We would certainly use them again if problems occur.
