I was pleasantly surprised to call and was able to get same-day service! Harold was the name of the plumber who came to our home and was very professional and polite. I also received a courtesy call about 15 minutes before he arrived (much appreciated). He discovered a new type of drain stopper in our home he hadn't encountered before. Yet, he found results on how to deal with it on-line and expertly got both our drains unplugged and flowing freely. As well, he completely cleaned up all around both sinks. I highly recommend this company for their experienced plumbers and getting the job done efficiently.

Harold and Cornelius did a great job to renovate my kitchen under-counter lines to accommodate a new dishwasher. Once they had diagnosed the issues to resolve, Harold provided a number of options that would best fit my budget. They were very thorough and got the job done. The Plumbing Dr. recently got us out of a potential jam by responding to our call on a Friday afternoon. We had guests coming over the following night, and we were starting to get a sewage back up in our utility sink. Two plumbers, Daniel and Cornelius, arrived within 45 minutes of our initial call, and worked quickly and efficiently, snaking out a basement line to get everything flowing again. I highly recommend The Plumbing Dr., based on their responsive and expert service.
