  Someone came out and diagnosed the problem and I was then asked to pay the service fee. After the fee was paid, I was told that I needed a new part and they would do their best to find it. The worker then went back to the truck and made some calls. About 20 minutes later, I was told that they could not get the part, but he encouraged me to search on my own and if I could get it then they would install it. The worker left and did not provide me with a receipt. I called them back the next day and requested a receipt, which they provided. I called the company several times as I was able to obtain the replacement part, They told me multiple times that someone would call me back but, I was never contacted. This led to me exploring other options to have my furnace repaired. Overall, the company is very unresponsive and lacked professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time and pocket book.

  Went the extra mile to clear out a sewer drain. Turned out to be roots and he offered advise on how to solve the issue and also gave a quote for The Plumber service for root removal. Had to come inside the residence to clear the drain and left no mess at all. Very satisfied with the work he did. I’ve used this company on a few other occasions and have been satisfied with the work every time.

  I just got my furnace fixed by Plumbers heating and plumbing. This is the fourth time they have been in my home for repairs. They have been excellent at all furnace and plumbing issues. Always on time and will bend suit my needs. Their technicians are great and I will always ask for them when I call for help. I give them 5 stars
