  After reading reviews regarding office staff being rude, I was inclined to include my review. I have used this company on multiple occasions and have always found all involved to be professional and at times have gone out of thier way to accommodate customers. Seems as alot of people do not realize the pressure that not only this plumbing company but all plumbing companies have been under the past two weeks as we have tried to recover from the worst winter weather that Arkansas has seen in many years. In most cases these companies have been working around the clock. I for one am very thankful for each and every person at this company and for all the hard work you all have done.

  Due to the snow storm we needed replacement on leaks. However, every time my daughter/son called to get updated on the waiting list, the person answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t let my daughter speak and would cut her off and seemed in a rush to hang up. My daughter asked if they knew around what time they’d be coming around and she replied very rudely and rushed she didn’t know and didn’t give my daughter time to explain I am not able to get up early in the morning because I’m on dialysis. Update: I had my daughter spend the night and she’s been waiting on a phone call since there is no telling when plumbers will be arriving. She received a call at 7:40am thinking it was for the plumber and it was just a call from the plumber company mad and asking if we were still wanting to get our leaks fixed after the review had been left. That was very unnecessary and rude, should’ve only called if the plumbers were being sent out. The lady on the phone was mad and kept going on and on about how she was in the right and wasn’t being rude. I never did receive an apology. This lady is so rude. Never again! Do not recommend!

  I do apologize that you feel you were treated rudely, but with all due respect your son was calling insisting on knowing a time that we would be at your house and I tried to explain to your son on numerous calls that we were working as quickly as possible with all of the homeowners and buisness that were dealing with the same issues. it was impossible for me to give him an exact time of our arrival because we are not aware of the complexity of each job until our crews are on site. Just as I did with the first break that you had, I tried calling four seperate times to tell you that you were next on the list and i got no answer or reply. I only spoke with your daughter on one occasion and that was when she called me to give me her phone number and asked that I call her instead of your son, all other calls were from your son'

  This company and the staff are the best,.we have used them various times and they were always professional.We will continue to use them and will always refer them to everybody.Keep up the good work
