  Was told we needed to replace the the unit that was gonna cost 2-3 thousand dollars we had someone else take a look and all it was , was a wire on the outside unit that needed to be replaced. In response my husband wanted what you told us was bad you told us the blower wasn't working . So our trust in you lead us to say yes order it. And as for the outside unit your guys checked it out and said the compressor was bad we either needed a NEW compressor or a NEW unit. At that point we talked to your guys about putting a unit in that was given to us that was in good shape and your guy told us y'all didn't put in used units. And when we was discussing the cost of 2 to 3 thousand dollars that your guys said it would cost to replace our unit he then said If we come across a used one it would be cheaper. Or we could finance it through you guys After telling us you didn't put in used units. So please don't try to put this on my husband by saying it was what he wanted. We wanted the truth and yea a simple mistake of your guy telling us our compressor was bad and another company coming out to put our unit in and found that it was only a wire that needed to be replaced and fixed that wire. There is a huge difference in 2 to 3 thousand dollars to it only costing us 100.00 all of five minutes and that is all it took too see it was a wire and not the compressor.

  We went out of our way to get the blower motor and wheel your husband wonted replaced. Our service guy didnt charge you an extra to look at your outside unit. Because it was so old he figured you needed a new unit outside.
