  We had some concerning wetness in our bathroom area after showering and thought it could be a leak behind the wall - Josh from Leak Doctor came was incredibly thorough and professional. He figured out what our issue was and I am grateful to him! He seems to really love his job and is definitely knowledgeable. He gave us a bunch of great tips for overall prevention of water issues. Highly recommend.

  I would never use this company ever again! They came out to my father's house when he thought there was a leak inside the home. It turns out only the water faucet on outside was dripping from a two way splitter. After about 10-15 minutes MAX of actually work with me helping to remove the old splitter the issue was solved but nothing was actually fixed/repaired. When I heard someone ask my Dad for payment of $350 I was shocked and ashamed that it felt like my older father was being completely taken advantage of. I called "customer service" and asked if "they could charge something reasonable for the job done as in maybe $150 which still seemed high and more than fair" the rep then put me on hold without asking for about 5 minutes and came back and said "the tech had already been there 1.5 hours." I just said "ok ok." I have run businesses before and I'm a realtor you won't work on my home or my families or friends homes again.

  Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. Our technicians use highly sensitive electronic equipment to locate hidden and difficult leaks. When customers contact us for service, we make sure to discuss the process of leak detection and clearly state our flat rate during the initial call. When your father scheduled the appointment he was made aware of our flat fee for leak detection services, and agreed to the flat fee before a technician ever arrived to the property. We operate with integrity, and do not have any additional fees for leak detection once the technician is onsite. Your father was also made aware during the initial call, that if any repairs needed to be made, that would not be included in the leak detection fee. I do understand that your father's concern for a leak turned out to be a minor issue, however I can assure you the flat rate was agreed upon before the technician arrived, the technician did locate the source of the leak as expected, and no one was taken advantage of in this situation.   I heard a noise that sounded like water running under my kitchen sink. I called Leak Doctor. Josue Valdez came out to track down the problem. He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the leak, along the way explaining what he was looking for. Turns out the leak is in a cold water line behind the kitchen wall. We have decided to repipe our house our pipes are old, and they are cast iron and copper pipes. I would highly recommend this company to everybody.
