  Our water heater stopped making hot water prompting us to quickly look for a replacement. My first call was to one of the companies we have used for our heating and cooling. Their estimate seemed exceedingly high. I called Hot Water Heater Pros and received an almost immediate response. After exchanging some photos and providing information about the current equipment, I was given the estimate. A substantial savings over the first I called for. They had the replacement on hand and scheduled the appointment. They actually called the day of the appointment asked if they could arrive earlier. The two men that came out were extremely professional, worked quickly and were very attentive to detail. I had no mess to clean when they left. They also took the time to show me the features and remind me of the controls and preventive maintenance I could consider to prolong the life of the new heater. We are extremely satisfied!

  These guys were by far the best out of all the people I called. Quick to respond, were able to quote via pictures without the service fee/first visit. They were also able to do electric work as the new unit needed to be moved over a few feet whereas working with other plumbers/electricians and coordinating was not ideal. Finding people who are reliable and professional isn’t always easy - highly recommend going with them! Quality work and quality men.

  Very easy process to make an appointment and get pricing. I had follow-up questions and was called promptly. I asked about different water heater systems, tankless vs gas vs electric cost and the advantages of each. All questions answered and never felt them trying to up sale. Very communicative with text and emails to keep you updated after the appointment is scheduled. Chris & Steve where very pleasant, respectful and preformed their service quickly! Would recommend them highly!
