  Gary was fantastic! I had an overall plumbing inspection done, and he took his time going through the house, answering all my questions and giving me all the details I needed to understand what needed to be fixed and what to expect over time based on some of what he'd seen. He also fixed my partially clogged toilet. And as always with Ben Franklin it was easy to schedule, he arrived when I expected, and I'm super happy with my overall experience.

  Technician came to give estimate for possible new electric water heater. Gave me necessary info about age and condition of mine and info about replacement and maintenance policy. New one will be installed soon with $100 discount offer. Am a loyal customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They always do a great job.

  John Russell is one of the best! SO kind, professional and knows his stuff. He’s been out to my home twice: once for leaky faucets and once to fix my hot water heater. They were able to come out the same day! Will always call Benjamin Franklin and will always ask for John!
