Great service today.
Had went to lowes to buy a refrigerator, had to wait for 45 minutes  just to get service,  and they would not deliver  the refrigerator.
Home depot  east town  has a great staff,  keep up the good work guys.

I don't typically go to home improvement stores but I had a stubborn licenses plate screw and an expired plate.
Thankfully I found Keith! Not only did Keith tell me what items I would need but took the time to come look at the screw. After seeing a mostly stripped, rusty screw he took over and got the job done. I was so grateful!

Took my mother to pick up a sewing/ craft table via curbside pick up. It was a huge store and very busy but I’d estimate wet waited about 15 minutes. Not too bad.

Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. High traffic/parking volume is annoying, but it's a popular store (with good reason). I was in and out quickly.

I have had horrible experiences with this Home Depot and Home Depot in general. We received a damaged gas range and contacted customer service numerous times with no resolution. Finally we were told that it was our problem we have to go through the vendor, and the time had lapsed for them to handle it. This has been frustrating, time consuming.

Update: Eugenia called me back and is handling pickup. I am glad they are trying to resolve the situation.

Thanks to Mike the guy with the coolest monkey tatts for helping me. You help me find what I need and load stuff without complaint.  I am purposely giving the review for this guy because I've been in there needing help before  and can't find anyone  or see employees just standing around,  but Monkey tatt guy has done a good job every time.  I'm coming back in a couple weeks for more and I'll be looking for you.

Decent inventory, no longer carry tube benders but the guy in plumbing was very helpful, a plus, usually hard to get any assistance in big box stores

I love coming to this store. No matter the day of the week or the time of the day, there is ALWAYS someone willing to help me. This cannot be said of their competitor right down the road. I'll drive out of my way to avoid the blue store so I can get to this one!

Bought a can of black paint. Got it home and opened it and it was blue! Took it back and they say "it dries black". You would think they would have that on the label really big to safe customers a trip!

Went and got some beautiful plants, flowers, and those succulent drought resistant plants for our new house and I love them. They're so beautiful definitely be going back to get more.
