  Had to have water heater replaced. HEP provided a competitive bid and performed the work very quickly. Jordan Keller & Curtis Barnett were the plumbers who did our install and they provided 5 star service the entire process. Very professional. They explained each step and what to expect, did an outstanding job on the install, and made sure everything was in order before leaving. While I hated having to replace the water heater, HEP, Jordan, and Curtis made the process easy for us. Would absolutely recommend.

  HEP won the low bid on a series of HVAC installs. One of which was in the house that I rent. Having been the low bid, I was expecting HEP to be cutting corners at every opportunity. But to my surprise, they worked on the install as if they were working on their own homes. Careful attention was made to detail and no corners cut. I was pleasantly surprised. I had recently sold a Condo in Louisiana before moving to Tennessee. It had a cheap HVAC system. So I know what one looks like. The system the HEP installers installed here was not one. A lot of time was taken to install it correctly. Jeremy, Ronnie and Aavi were expert installers. I highly recommend HEP for an HVAC system. You'll get a competitive price for a system expertly installed.

  Aaron Tatum was awesome! He knew exactly what he was doing. He was so friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you so much Aaron, we will definitely call you back if we need any more work. He also told us of more services that you all do. We are in the middle of a huge remodel, so we will keep this number on speed dial.
