I called the Granite Group in Gilford in need of a showers hose to complete my bathroom renovation project before the holiday. Brian worked with me over the phone. He was polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to find the item I needed in another branch and had it transferred into Gilford for me. I was impressed by his genuine customer service and his positive phone demeanor.
